Summit terms

Signup requests
A signup request is not a paid registration or a confirmed reservation. We will review your request and contact you about availability, final pricing and next steps. Guest names may be supplied later. No payment is taken by this form.
Payment and refunds
Payments for Summit admission and sponsorships are final and non-refundable, except where a refund is required by law.
Schedule changes
Event dates and times may change. A date or time change does not entitle you to a refund, except where required by law.
What you are booking
Review the price, included admissions, confirmed arrangements, and final offer before paying. Travel, lodging, and parking are separate unless expressly included.
Agreement before payment
You must read and explicitly accept the applicable terms before completing registration or payment. The acceptance box will not be preselected.
Signup details and site diagnostics
Swerl Inc. uses your submitted details to review your request, notify the organizer and respond about the Summit. Signup records in the website database are retained for up to 365 days. Site diagnostics record clicks and selected form entries for up to 14 days; card details, passwords and tokens are excluded. Access is restricted to operators. Submitting does not enroll you in marketing, reserve places or take payment.
Site experiments
We use a random browser identifier and a secure cookie to compare page wording and understand selected interests. These do not verify your identity. Experiment records exclude form values and are retained up to 35 days; non-identifying aggregate reports up to 90 days. Personal form diagnostics keep their separate 14-day limit. Owner/test activity is excluded from experiment results.
